After the purchase was complete, I received a call from Keenan McGovern, informing me that I needed to sign a power of attorney because the dealership had already sold my trade-in before receiving the title. This requirement was never explained during the purchase process, and I was surprised to learn about it only after the sale.
My concern isn't that additional paperwork was needed; it's that I wasn't informed about it before completing the transaction. I believe customers should receive clear and complete information about any requirements related to their trade-in before they sign the purchase documents. Better communication would have made this a much better experience.
