400% the best car I’ve ever owned!

I love my element so much that I’ve been biding my time, and crossing my fingers that Honda would bring it back after taking it off the market in 2012. Good news! My wishes (and I’m sure all other ELE enthusiasts) were answered!! New rumors of a 2020 Element coming back on the market have us very excited!!! I’ll never own another vehicle If they can keep the elements coming!

Love my car

I've owned the vehicle since 2006 and always put a safety bubble on it: great gas mileage, perfect for dog owners and sadly they don't make them any more. I've just broken 120,000 miles and I'm looking forward to many more! Honda Element rocks!

Great vehicle

Extremely reliable car.Wished Honda would have continued making this vehicle.Would never get rid of it.Would only trade it in if Honda started manufacturing them again.Repair work has been minimal over 13 years.

Element review

I have had my Element for 7 years now and very pleased with it. I love the way I can hook the back seats up and have tons of storage space. It's a very "solid" car that is comfortable to drive and ride in (back seats are elevated so you look over top of front seat passengers). It sits up high enough so can go over most things with out scraping underneath and people with disabilities find it easy to get in and out of. Gas mileage per tank is only drawback--(about 230miles per tank)

My Honda element is great

Honda element is great. I like the interior design and the roominess and comfort in the front and back seat. Allows for multiple uses and versatility and cargo. Fun to drive and reliable. Would really like if they continue to manufacture them

Best car ever!

Why did they stop making them? Big mistake! I love to camp and this car holds ALL my gear. I set up camp for my sister and her family then my dog and I slept in the back of my Element very comfortably.

Elementary

I bought my Element new in Alaska. I test drove it in March, while there was still ample snow around so I could evaluate it. I could not get it to spin out. it maintained its grip on the road no matter what I did with it. (scared the hell out of the salesman) I bought a five speed, as a stick is the only way to go. ( if you drive an automatic, you are a passenger, not a driver) I have put just under two hundred thousand miles on it so far and have never had a mechanical problem with it until the brake caliper rusted shut after 12 years. I have only had to change the oil, rotate tires, replace the battery, and adjust the valves. it has never broken down, leaving me stranded. After 12 years, I have only invested in 4 sets of tires, 3 sets of brake shoes, 3 batteries, 3 windshields, 6 air filters,12 sets of windshield wipers, and 1 rear wiper. it is, by far, the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned.

Great vehicle

Love the utilitarian features of this vehicle. Not a lot of bells and whistles. Just functionality. It is perfect to navigate thru the challenging winter roads of Northeast Ohio. I wish they would start manufacturing them again!

Great little truck.

I say truck because you can put almost anything in it. Extreamly dependable. My 06 has over 180,000. Miles and is running strong. The only downfall I’m 6’4” she’ a little tight, and the instrument cluster is obscured by the steering wheel . However, there not many affordable cars that fit people my size that don’t cost an arm and a leg . Overall I wish Honda still produced this car.

Best I've Ever Had

In the past 50 years, I have had 16 cars, and one small truck. The Honda Element is the best I have ever had. It fits my lifestyle perfectly. It has almost 169,000 miles on it, and it still runs very well. I have had strangers comment how much it looks like a new car, when it is over 11 years old. Unfortunately, Honda stopped making them several years ago. I will never forgive them. I have never seen another car that comes close to what this car can do. I do a lot of outdoor activities, and this car has never let me down when it comes to providing for me needs. It runs well in all weather conditions, especially in snow.

The Best Car I Have Ever Had

I have owned 17 cars in more than 50 years. This car is the best one I have owned. My heart dropped when I read, several years ago, that Honda would no longer make it. I have driven it from Maryland to Florida, many times. When asked why I would not fly down there commercially, I always answer that I enjoy the ride. It gets good gas mileage for an SUV. I rock climb, scuba dive, and surf. It can easily hold a passenger and all our gear. In more than 11 years, and 165,000 miles, I have never had a serious problem with it. It really bothers me that Honda no longer makes this car.

Don't want it to ever die.

From the day that I first saw this vehicle and the right color, I couldn't be more pleased. I love the five speed feature, the way the car handles, the four wheel drive feature, the stadium back seats, the storage space when the seats are raised to the side, and finally the pleasure of driving this vehicle. It is a practical car. I call it my "toaster". It is sad that such a fine vehicle has been discontinued. I enjoy telling people that when I drive, I'm in my Element.

Triathlete's choice.

I wish that Honda did not discontinue this great vehicle. When I set the back seats up, it holds several bikes, without removing the front bike tire; cleans up well with it's durable interior, is dependable and is "beautiful in my eyes". Maybe when my Element finishes it's days, Honda will bring back this great car and I will buy another!

The Best I have Ever Had

I have owned 17 vehicles since 1968. Without a doubt, this car is the best I have ever had. It has over 160,000 miles, and you would think it had less than a thousand. I have driven it to Florida many times. I have driven it in heavy snow, rain, and severe wind conditions, with no problem. Honda stopped making them several years ago, which was a very big mistake. It is the most universal car I have ever seen.

START MAKING THESE THINGS AGAIN!

Although I plan on driving my Element for many more years, I am a little depressed that I'll not be able to buy a new one when the time comes.
