Great Vehicle...extremely irritating Cruise assist.

Great Vehicle mechanically. I have had no problems with the first 65,000 miles. Great traction in snow and Ice with seasonal all season tires. Cruise assist alarm constantly goes off and stops the assist no matter what I do...with the exception of turning my head slightly to the right and bending it sideways. Great car overall...I would never buy another one until they get their alarms and warnings a lot more user friendly.

Stylish & economical

I’ve had my Santa Fe for just over a year and am still very happy with it. I get lots of compliments on the color. I love the spacious interior & the gas mileage. I’ve had no issues with it. There are only negatives: One is that on the very rare occasion it will scold me for not watching the road even though I was watching & had never taken my eyes off the road. Two is that the environmental controls screen is very difficult to see when there is a lot of sunlight. Thats it though. I love everything else about it and that is rare for me. I’m usually starting to consider trading in my car in year 2 but that has not been a consideration with this vehicle.

We have had our car since July 2024. We have had no issues except for the recalls which have been fixed promptly. We have over 30K on the vehicle and have no complaints.

Best SUV yet

The perfect car/SUV, for a family of 2 to a family of 8. Milage is awesome and has made numerous trips back and forth from Virgina to Florida. The back has been able to carry everything we have needed. The only issue we have ever had is that the color in any photo show a deeper red than what it really is. We ordered ours and when we got it, it was more orange than red.

Had an initial problem with green screens on the display. it took quite a while for the dealer to resolve it. It caused a re-call of the model year.

Something weird happens on startup

I love the luxury of this car. The gas mileage is great too, and all of the extra technologies that the car comes with. The thing I don’t like happens every time I start the engine and go down the road slowly. The car misses. Despite bringing the vehicle into the shop multiple times, Hyundai could never find anything wrong with it, and since it wasn’t throwing a code, they would not fix it. I have no idea if this problem will get worse or not. It was a brand new car so I would not expect to have these issues.

My fav car to date but issues with computer updates and bluelink that dealerships claim they can not help you with makes me want to give it back to you and buy another car.
