Good Car

Have had this car for over 5 years, over 80,000 miles. Two weeks after buying it we went to NV, best car I have ever driven out there. Worked great on flat land (of course) but more important drove well in the mountains. Get good MPGs. This car does not make me feel stiff and sore after a full day of driving.

Love my Sonata Hybrid!!!!

This is my first hybrid and my first Sonata. I love my car. My husband and daughter in law have/had a sonata and I was impressed. It was time for me to buy a vehicle and buying a Sonata Hybrid was a major score! Dublin Hyundai, Jay and the whole crew did an amazing job, not only with the sale, but for the follow-up service.

Happy with the car that I have had for 4 years

Everything has worked great over the years. Gas mileage was around 38 in Colorado. In California it is around 33. Lower altitude and all gas additives in California gas.

My wonderful Sonata Hybird

The car is everything and more than I expected when I bought it. I took it to three National parks up north and into Canada that had a lot of mountains and it averaged 40.15 MPG for 1400 miles. I couldn't have asked for more. I love the ability to shift into a manual mode to get through the mountains. The inter state highways in Montana and Wyoming has speed limits of 80 and 85 MPH and I still got over 40 MPG. I kept track manually of the total miles covered and of each fill up to see for myself if it would truly get 40 MPG. To my satisfaction it sure did! Oh yeah I also want you to know that this car is the only vehicle that I have ever owned (I am 68 years old) that I did not have any back issues during the whole trip. We totaled 1400 miles in 16 days. ! truly love my Sonata Hybird and look forward to many more years of driving it.

One of the best cars we have owned

One of the best cars we have owned and I have owned over 20 in my lifetime. This car is very comfortable and is super economical on gas. We put in around six dollars of gas a week.it is super quiet and super comfortable.

Best car i have owned

93K miles on my hybrid and still getting awesome mileage. Vehicle seems as tight as the day i bought it. Original tires went to 72K and i have only had one repair ($250) that wasn't covered under warranty. Actually, i haven't had any other repairs, just routine maintenance. Vehicle is probably on par with my honda minivan as far as reliability yet the Hyundai is definitely more luxurious than my minivan. Wished i would have bought the santa fe or tucson instead of the rav 4 that i bought. I WILL buy another hyundai in the future. If i have any complaint, i don't think it is as nice looking as the newer models. Also, there are some blind spots... mainly the rear view mirror restricts my vision for vehicles coming from my right. Have driven newer models and do not have this problem

A really great vehicle, even after 4 years.

As a Sonata, it is a good riding car, nice styling, lots of nice features and extras. As a hybrid, it switches between using the motor and electric, effortlessly. I have not sensed the change without looking at the gauges. It will go electric at any speed so if it is cruising at 70 mph, it will seamlessly alternate between the motor and battery. I am told that the newer batteries take up less trunk space. As Hyundai's first model Hybrid, they got a lot right.

2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid

Love my Hyundai Hybrid with the exception of the front passenger seat. It is much, much too low for comfort. Even an average sized person feels like a child sitting there because you have to stretch your neck to see out over the dashboard. My model is year 2013. Really, really hope that is changed in the future, if not perhaps I will change in the future. Would recommend this car ONLY if the front passenger seat is corrected.

Nice car

Actually, I got a major car accident after purchasing the first Sonata Hybrid 2013. However, she protected me completely even though my cutie was totally gone. After the car accident, I decided to buy a second Sonata Hybrid since it was a real gas saver and I really satisfied with my previous one. Until now it drives well like new and mileage to a gallon is about 43. Super!! I highly recommend this car to my friends boasting that any car around same-sized can not beat Sonat Hybrid.
