Pleasantly surprised

My boss suggested I get a hybrid vehicle for business. I was very reluctant since I was concerned with performance. I found the Sonata Limited Hybrid to be roomy, quiet, and a very comfortable ride. The pickup was much better than I expected. I am averaging 39.8 miles. Now I only have to fill the tank once every other week rather than weekly.

What a pleasure to drive

I love my car. I am not tired after driving a long distance in this because of all the comfort it has to offer. The suspension is a little iffy when hitting some rough streets, but all in all it drives nice. It makes great turns on mountain hills. It grips the highway in the rain and comes to a quick stop when needed. I love the Hyper White color on my car, when the sun is hitting it you can see sparkles of red and green makes it so pretty. Easy to clean too. My guest riding in the backseat seem to like it a lot. Good amount of room for their legs to stretch out and the comfort of having the full seat optional or pull down center seat to put their drinks in.

Reliable car for the money

Car meets all that is advertised about it. Meets or exceeds gas mileage both in and out of city. Ten hour trips can be done in comfort.

good MPG 35-38 in town, trips out side town MPG 43-47 . Driving fast is not for me, if it is for you, your expectations may have to be lower. Drive carefully , arrive alive, and don't think your at a race track, you'll be happy as I've been

Love the gas milage

I love the gas milage I get out of my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. It has great power. There are a few amenities I wish the car had but I guess I will survive. It would be super nice to have a windshield wiper on the back window. When I use auto start to have the ability to turn on the back defrost. Have auto start on the key faub and not have to subscribe to BlueLink to use auto start. Heated steering wheel would have been great, adjustable gas and brake pedals and lumbar support for passenger. Heated back seats would be appreciated. Automatic dimming and adjusting side mirrors would be helpful.

Love My Car

I love my hybrid! Its so good on gas! I literally fill up for gas 1 time every 2 weeks(unless I drive back and forth more)! It drives so smooth and the road noise is minimal. The only thing I dont really like is the breaks and how sometimes it feels like its not going to stop. I wouldn’t let this stop me from buying another one though! I have had alot of cars in the last few years and the hybrid is beyond my favorite!

Car

Had sonata before. Like this one also. Has more space. After 3 half months things so far so good. Lynwood motors doing great followup staying in contact. There are not any Hyundai dealers closer than 1 hour to my home. Had good sales person. All personnel we had contact with were nice. Still waiting on some paperwork but we had a good experience buying the car. I would say they were a little above the average dealers in getting the job of purchasing the car finished. I always want the price you are told the one on the sales card and the paperwork to match.

Just a great car to drive, It has all the features you can ask for it once told me I had low tire pressure and then told me witch one it was. The bluelink is the only way to go it makes appointments keeps up wit the overall maintains of the car.

Hyundai Sonata SE review

Overall value is great. The quality and attention to detail is undeniable. Sirius XM radio raises the bar. Various driving modes are a nice feature to have, but a navigation system should have been installed instead of driving modes. Savings on gas depends on messing around with changes settings of A/C to ECON mode, changing drive mode to ECO, cruise control does not automatically use electric mode and I have to babysit the gas pedal when I drive normally. All of this adjusting takes me out of just enjoying the vehicle as I focus on things the computer should do automatically; no navigation system is extremely disappointing; the a defective / recalled inhibitor switch had to be replaced during my first service appointment after owning the car for less than 6 months. That's very disappointing; side mirrors are not heated (a hassle when icy), windshield wipers are not heated (a hassle when icy). The Sonata plug in hybrid is a much better choice.

Our first Hyundai

I am very impressed with the style and quality of this Sonata Hybrid. The car performs well in traffic and on the highway. Very comfortable and the ride is really quite amazing for a vehicle as reasonably priced as this. The total package is, in my opinion, a great buy compared to what a "luxury" automobile would cost with the same features.

2017 Hybrid success

We are especially pleased with our gas mileage, about 46 - 50 mph depending upon conditions and traffic. The ride is especially improved from our 2014 and 2011 models. The main down is the lack of a lane change camera, given the limited visibility on the passenger side.

Nice car. They took some horsepower out of it compared to the previous body style. I believe they kept the same motor/ horsepower in the Kia. Technology is good. Fun car to drive. Just not my '13 2.0T

very nice car for the price

Well, I did not know that this survey was going to be used for commercial use. Next time , I will not fill out any such survey because the real intention was not made aware and that is not appreciated. Stating at the beginning that the survey would take about 10 minutes is a flat lie.
