2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid

If you have ever looked at Hybrid and was turned off by competetors that are uncomfortable or have no pep. Do yourself a favor and save a bunch of money!! Test drive the Sonata Hybrid with it’s respectable horsepower and you will be sold. The Sonata is a great value as it is. The Hybrid has more horsepower than the 2.4 engine offered in most Sonata’s and averages 41+ miles to the gallon. My Hybrid does and I step on it when needed. The nicest thing is when your stuck in traffic you are literally burning no gas. Huge plus at rush hour,in or near cities.

Good buy

So far (just under 4000 miles) just great! The ride is great. The handling solid and has some get-up-and-go. Very comfortable seating and leg room on the longer hauls. I could wish that the car got better mileage in the cold weather but after 40+MPG during the nice warm fall, perhaps we are spoiled!

Great Hybrid

Picked up this car end of 2016. Was originally looking for 2016. But they only had this 2017 model. Glad I picked it up Great Car. Mileage in town Hi 30 to mid 40 mpg. Glad I did not wait as they do not make this version in a Sonata any more for 2018. They have moved the hybrid to the Ionq which is a much smaller car. This car has great room.

I left driving my premium, gas guzzling, high maintenance cost 3 Mercedes to buy the best hybrid warranty on the market, the high tech Hybrid Sonata. It's already been to California and back, and has nearly 9000 miles in 3 months. It's an absoabsolute joy to own and drive. The 34 mpg around town, on regular Chevron, is also a huge improvement over the 15 mpg the 3 Mercedes get! I strongly recommend this car, and dealership, to everyone I know!

An absolute dream to drive, well, let drive itself, and own! We're buying another in a few weeks, just like this one! These are a great value for the money and much cheaper to drive and maintain. It's inspired me to already take a three week vacation thru over 12 states.

Best yet

This is my 4th HYBRID. Only thin I would like to see is the return of a steering wheel heater. On long trips, we averaged over 44 MPG! i REALLY DO NOT ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS VEHICLE. i WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN WITHOUT MUCH THOUGHT.

Love my car

I have no complaints about my car or with the dealer or service dept. I have had a wonderful experience buying the car and would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Buying a car was always very nerve racking, but Mid-Island Hyundai and my salesman made me feel very comfortable.

2017 Hyundai Sonata

The car has performed well and is everything that I had expected. I drive a lot of highway miles and it handles very well. we recently had a snow storm and the car performed well in all conditions. I like the look and feel of the car the heated seats are a great feature in the cold weather. the Bluetooth works well and have not used a lot of the blue link features, not sure if the cost for this service is worth the money. One of the best features is the warranty very pleased with what is offered. not thrilled with the spare situation with the goo and air pump; no spare. Like the fold down seat option but needs a trunk net like I had on the 2011

Why can't you sell me a plug in hybrid.

Yes, we love our Sonata Limited Hybrid, Our experience with Brian Armstrong as our sales person was exceptional. We have never had a better auto salesperson in our long time of buying new cars. After we had an auto accident, your body shop people were excellent in handling the repairs. The service department did an excellent job in handling my car servicing.

Hyundai hybrid limited

The drive is smooth and very comfortable. It does not feel like a hybrid at all. It has a powerful pick up speed when needed. I love the safety features . LOVE-LOVE-LOVE

I previously owned a Sonata and traded it in for another maker's hybrid. I regretted it almost immediately, but stuck it out until I saw the Sonata Hybrid! It is comfortable, gets great gas mileage, and has features the other maker didn't include (but charged way more for event their basic model). I absolutely love my Sonata. My husband refers to it as our "fancy car," even though it was not expensive compared to other similar types of vehicles (I'd give it higher than a "10" score if I could). Already know our next car will be another Hyundai...but not until I put at least another 100k miles on this one! I have recommended this car to a number of friends, to include my boss whose wife went out and bought one. She is equally impressed and loves her car as well!

I would recommend this vehicle to any that is tall, 6’-5” since this vehicle is roomy and you don’t feel squeezed in and in addition it provides 40mpg doing stop and go driving and performs better on the highway.

Love the gas mileage/Surprised by the sporty drive

Originally bought the car for the gas mileage. Hyundai is only one that offered lifetime warranty on hybrid battery. This made it a no brainer, if the hybrid battery goes bad then it's just a gas vehicle then. I love the feel of luxury at a reasonable price. Very surprised by the sporty drive if put into "sport" mode. After all sometimes you don't want to drive "eco" mode and enjoy the crisp acceleration. I tested all the hybrids and the Sonata had best rear legroom/headroom. Been nothing but pleased with my car.

2017 Hyundai Sonora Hybrid is a home run!

The vehicle has excellent fit and finish, it is quiet and fuel efficient. This is my first Hyundai vehicle, but judging from it’s outstanding performance, it won’t be my last! Large trunk, great fuel economy, well appointed interior, attractive styling....this car has it all! A definite, Home Run, in my opinion.

Hundai Sonata Hybrid Limited

Everything is very nice. I just got the car less than a month ago and need to use everything that is on the car. The best for me with my hearing aids is that the volume on any of the instructions can be turned up so that I don't miss anything. So many things came without being extra, such as the leather seats, the fold down seats, the safety items. I think this will be a good car and I take very good car of my cars.

Grear car one issue hopefully not for every car

Only issue I have with the cars that it was getting worse gas mileage and the check engine light was coming on in this set of the gas cap when it turned out to be the transmission and the hybrid relay which wouldn't let me start my car I'm hoping this is a one off issue and not something I'll be back in 4 again otherwise the car is fantastic
