Bad reliability
I bought the sonata hybrid for the dealer services, extended warranties, and for the reliability/piece of mind. My concern was what would happen after 50,000+ miles, and I found out all the dealer services are terrible, warranties do not cover real problems, and that no one really cares. The dealership happily tells us they have no idea when it will be done, over a leaking coolant hose, now it’s the exhaust heat exchanger replacement. Bad business all around, 41 days and counting.
