The 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid makes an excellent impression, blending sharp styling, impressive efficiency, and refined comfort into one of the strongest offerings in the compact SUV class. Its bold exterior design stands out with clean, modern lines, a distinctive grille, and sleek LED lighting that gives it a premium presence on the road. Under the hood, the hybrid powertrain pairs a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine with an electric motor to deliver a smooth 226 horsepower while achieving outstanding mileage, averaging around 37 mpg in real-world driving. Inside, the Tucson Hybrid is equally compelling, with a roomy, thoughtfully designed cabin that offers generous legroom, comfortable seating, and one of the largest cargo areas in its class. The driving experience is further enhanced by Hyundai’s comprehensive SmartSense suite of driver-support features, which includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, forward-collision avoidance, blind-spot monitoring, and more—all standard, making daily driving easier and safer. The infotainment system is modern and intuitive, highlighted by a crisp 10.3-inch display, seamless smartphone integration, and available premium audio. No problems. As great as I expected.

I went to the Denver Auto Show in 2013. When I sat in the Santa Fe, it felt right. Wanting a new car (for whatever reason) in 2024, realizing that I loved my Santa Fe, but wanting a little smaller car, I opted for Hyundai Tucson. It’s perfect!

Comfortable but stupid

Very comfortable car especially the quiet of the cabin. There are too many haptic and intelligent features that are more disruptive than helpful. The sensitivity to nearby objects has actually alarmed me more often than helped me. The car battery also dies if I’m out of town for more than a few days because of updates and FOB sensitivity. This is beyond stupid for a smart car. Lastly, the brakes and gear shifts are a little unstable.

Nice Vehicle

Comfortable to drive. First time driving a hybrid, so it's interesting to see the savings in gas. My only complaint is a rattling noise in the driver's door towards the front. Dealer corrected it, only to return two weeks later.

Mileage

The vehicl in general is good how ever the mileage is terrible !!! I don’t know who came up with this 37 and 38 miles per gallon, but I’m not getting anywhere close to that. How about 28 city 32 Highway i’m not home at the present however, when I get back, I’m going to have the dealership check it out !!!!!!!
