We love our Tucson. It works better than we ever thought it would.

The Hybrid helps of save fuel and then it will go about 430 miles on a small tank. The car just flows easily and has plenty of power, especially in sport mode.

I like the vehicle, I have a interior items that are disappointing.

The driver seat squeaks, and the auto door lock sometimes takes several times to lock. On the cross bar at the bottom of the steering wheel the cover is peeling. this is an area that is not touch while driving.

Lots of bells and whistles

There are almost more electronically helpful items than needed. Too many buttons marked”P” for example. Also the back up alarm is WAY too loud. That said, I like the safety warnings.

Electrical nightmare

After purchasing a brand new hybrid SUV, I thought I would have my car for the next few years. When in reality, I’ve spent the first year of ownership spending more times in the service center than I can count. From windows going up and down on their own, to Exhaust fans turning on after the car’s been still, even the electrical on the car refusing to turn on but the car coming out of park where I had to sit for three hours, so my car didn’t roll back. Everything has been a nightmare. Because the service center cannot duplicate these issues. I am left with a disaster in a car. I’ve got no help, no chance of reimbursement, or even the ability to exchange the car for one without issues. Disappointed and angry, doesn’t even cover it.

Very nice car overall but backup beep is obnoxious

Truly nice car. However, we can't stand backup horn, its unnecessarily loud. We understand it should make a noise but at the volume you might expect from any other vehicle would be more appropriate. We have to leave car out of garage facing forward if leaving when someone might be sleeping or we would disturb the neighbors. Wish we had purchased the gas version and a model that included a spare tire.
