The best compact sport car with good MPG

Veloster Tubor with 6 speed manual is the best compact sport car that have a good MPG. Depending on how you drive, I got around town 28-30 and 32-33 highway. With the manual it is up and go very fast and coaching on 6th gear anytime over 40 miles in the city. It is best that this small car can carry 2 golf bags and travel bags for 2 on a long or short weekend getaway. I got 32992 miles on it and I still love it.

My 2013 veloster

I have really enjoyed my car. Gets great gas mileage. Handles easy. Fun to drive. I have 146 ,000 miles on it have replaced a fuel filter that was totally covered by factory and now CV axles, and was cover by after market ins, only paid deductible. Very much considering this car again. It's does have blind sports so teen age drivers be very careful!

Great zippy car.

For a small hot hatchback this car is great. Pros: It's dependable, quick, and low maintenance. There is plenty of room in trunk and has comfortable seats. I drive 70 miles to work on a daily basis, so the seats were important to me. Cons: No spare tire and headroom in the back is a little tight.

Love it

Love this car! Little disappointed the hatchback struts failed at only 12,000 miles but overall have been very satisfied. And the struts were covered under warranty and were replaced for free along with fluid top off, hand car wash, and a box of candy. Very impressed!

Great car and great gas mileage.

It's my wife's car, so I really don't drive it much, but she loves it. Run great and it looks great. In fact, my wife is almost 60 years old, and she look HOT in that car. Thank you Hyundai.

Fun little car

I had a problem with steering when I hit water, sand or potholes scared me took it to dealer service in pueblo they said they couldn't repeat..BS it did it all the time!! Broke down while traveling..no power steering..Oxendale dealership in flagstaff found 2 sensors out in steering column and replaced column and now she drives like a dream..that fixed my steering problem when hitting water, sand or potholes!! Now I love my car!!

A car with a Punch!

The Veloster Turbo is a looker! People are always asking me what it is, wherever I go. When they ask if they can sit inside, they are amazed in the amount of driving and passenger space there is. This little guy packs a lot of punch which is totally underestimated by consumers,car enthusiasts and or automobile critics. Why the Veloster Turbo you ask? Reliablity Low maintenance 100,00 mile warranty Safety features And it won't take you to the bank when filling at the pumps!! Now, if that's not enough to write about, then I'd suggest you head on over to your local Hyundai Dealership and test ride one out to see for yourself!!

Mini Killer!

I selected the Veloster Turbo over the Mini Cooper S based upon reliability and features. It really bothered me that the Mini could have timing chain and carbon build up issues and BMW just ignored them. Tells you a lot about how BMW views its customers which made me look at the competition. Hyundai on the other hand has a better customer service rating and warranty. I have driven Mini's on and off for years but when I got in the cockpit of the Veloster Turbo, I was impressed. The fit and finish was awesome and the feature content impressive. The test drive felt very similar to the Mini Cooper S which put a smile on my face. When I saw the price, I committed to buy my first Hyundai product. That has been almost three years ago and I love my Veloster Turbo more than ever. I get awesome comments all the time about the looks and quickness of my Veloster Turbo. This is the best kept secret in the small sports car segment. If you drive one and then look at the sticker price, you'll be hooked.

Great little car

Great car for the money! Only complaint is it is a little slow on acceleration. Even the manual version doesn't have the horsepower to get up to speed very fast. But other than that love my veloster!

Veloster Review

Bought on a whim and past experiences with Hyundai. Turbo guarantees pickup in demand. It's sporty, comfortable and fun to drive. Gas mileage exceeds manufacturer's estimate; have gotten as high as 38 on highway. Handling is good, but sometimes bumpy due to low profile. Comfortable to drive for extended trips. Three years and only routine manufacturer's schedule. Have had Roadrunner, Corvette, and Europeon built Fiat and BMW. Would buy another Veloster over previous vehicles.
