So My Car is Fix, but…
Big thanks to AJ for keeping me up to date as my car was getting a transmission overhaul. And, the tech who had to dig deep into the transmission to find the problem. It took over a month (plus Christmas but that’s ok) but it’s fixed. The “but” on this is just how long it took me to initially get a hold of someone who could say just bring in the car. This was not a recall issue or a normal fluid change, this was a safety issue. I don’t mind that you had to have it for over a month - I had a loaner that I could actually drive. I couldn’t drive my car anyways. I’ve had Fords for many years, this was the first time I’ve ever had this kind of serious issue - and it’s only a two year old car! I might rethink keeping this car - we’ll see how it performs.

Wonderful experience as a whole
We recently moved to the area and Mike White has been nothing but helpful and professional. We have worked with a few of their representatives ( AJ and Kevin), and they have treated us with a level of professionalism I haven't seen at another dealership. Recall and oil change nightmare
I will start off saying I love my 2021 Ford Ranger. I did not buy it at Mike White for other reasons. Nontheless it was do for a rear seat recall where they pull out and either replace the rear headrests, or adjust the latch system. Not a big deal. I was quoted 30-45 minutes job time from Corwin where I bought the truck but I didnt feel like driving into spokane since I live 5 minutes away from Mike White.

So I call Milke White in NOVEMBER to try and get it in. I have 2,000 miles on my brand new truck so I figured i'd let them do the oil change as well(I usually do this myself but figured i'd give them some buissiness). I'm given an appointment SIX WEEKS away. It was the soonest they had and last of 2021. Absolutely ridiculous, but I just wanted the recall done with so I set it up. I work in the Covid ICU at the local hospital and was working the day of my appointment so I had my wife take my truck in. We have three kids at home. We were told it would be about an hour or so. She set up daycare and brought my truck in. 3 hours later they still had my truck and she was alone in the waiting room. She went to inquire about the status and they seemed surprised and said they would look into it. Another 20 minutes goes by they finally pull my truck around. There was pretty poor communication on their part and the attidue was pretty much "well we're busy".

When I got home i checked out my truck and the entire back seat was dirty, There was also a very large "loose" indentations on the front seat now where the cloth is, almost as if someone put all their weight on their knee while on the seat to reach something in the back. My truck is brand new with only 2400 miles on it and this was NOT like this beforehand. I also now have oil in my driveway now. I assumed it was maybe some spillage or residual oil from the change so I decided to monitor it and assumed it would go away. It's now been over four days and sure enough everytime I park my truck there is a hot oil spot in the snow underneath. I tried calling last week while at work to speak to someone about my seat and the oil leak but I was transferred to two different people going back from service to "parts" for some reason then back to service and placed on hold then disconnected. I will try to call back on monday to get this fixed but if there service is anything like the sales expereinces I have had, i'm kind of dreading it.

Working in the hospital alot of my collegaues have had similar experiences. It's unfortunate that guys and girls who live locally cannot trust their own local Ford dealer totake care of our cars, forcing us to go to spokane. I really do hope their reputation goes up as I'm a big Ford fan and looking at some factory lift kits and other stuff to buy through them. I think we would all like to have a local dealer we can trust.

Continue to be impressed!
I was notified about a warranty service for cam phasers on my F150 Raptor so scheduled the service with Mike White Ford. Received a friendly greeting by the service staff and a nice rental car to drive while my truck was in the shop. Reprogramming didn't work so Mike White ordered new cam phasers and had them delivered and installed within a week over the holidays. Once again I was greeted by a super friendly service staff who explained the work that had been done along with some troubleshooting of a different issue. I couldn't be happier!

Didn't fully clean up.
They fixed the issues and were pleasant to work with and great communication. I got the vehicle back home and noticed grease on the side of my truck on the door, greasy hand and arm prints on the inside and outside of the windows and hand prints on my rearview mirror. I called the service department and voiced my concerns. I am awaiting a response back from the service advisor. I think Mike White will make it right but we will see.

Troubles with 2016 F150
Our warranty was up on our Truck and we started having problems. Was so stressed out about it. We had taken the truck into Service 3 times. AJ and Kevin were very patient and understanding with us. They think they have digit out. We will see.

Always going the extra mile
The service department originally had made an appointment for my truck that was a little over a month out (super busy, I get it). Once I explained that my lights to the truck keep going out and nothing on my dash work so driving at night is impossible....they were able to fit me in-between other appointments. I was told they may need my truck for up to a week to do this, however they were done in two days. I bought my truck from Mike Hayden (Sp?) and he was awesome, he has moved up and may not be in sales but still sees me and continues to ask if everything is going well. I live in Spokane so there are many places closer to take my vehicle but I continue to drive the one hour each way drive because of the fantastic staff at Mike White Ford. I truly believe they treat people like they want to be treated so I will always be loyal to them. Thanks again for going above and beyond!!!

Expert courteous staff.
I went in for a oil change and a funny noise in the drive train. They were able to identify the noise, and repair it at no cost. The service advisor kept me informed and make sure my vehicle was repaired and attend to properly.

2021 Expedition would not start.
Wife’s car would not start and multiple sensor alarms initiated. Called Mike White Ford, gave her instruction how to start vehicle with key fob. Brought to dealer left overnight. Diagnostics could not identify a/the problem. Working fine. Hopefully no further events.
