In over all, it’s good.
But I need to mention a point here..since I had a problem with my trunk ..while I was booking an appointment I had difficulty to choose correct option since it was not clear at all. It would be better if there is any specific options for repairs/ Services.

Undercarriage repair
Caught a big rock under the front wheel and blew out a piece of the undercarriage shield. Delay on first trip to get it checked out got me a discount on the part. Nice save by Brad. Part ordered. Didn't get a call that it came in, so after 10 days called and was told part was in. Scheduled install same day and no issues.

Great Appointment, but my car is dirty!
In for an LOF & Tire Rotate, they waived the tire rotate fee because it went a little over on the promised time (which always makes me on edge like they’re trying to hide something) then they never washed my car. I was shocked.

Thank you for the feedback! We do appreciate the good survey. Now with synthetic oil you can only drive up to 7,500 miles per hyundai or there can be potentially warranty coverage issues. which is why there is not a increase in mileage. when using conventional we recommend only going 3,750 miles. We do hope to see you again and earn that 5th star!

Everything was just fine about the service, they just forgot to wash my car as they’d promised, which meant I had to drive back out and wait for it. They’d vacuumed it, though.
