Once again Service Provider Cheryl did an outstanding job. However things were very slow when first arrived. There was only one service provider to check in a line of cars and he also had drive them away. Took atleast 15 minutes maybe more to finally get to me.

I want to recognize Sylvester Moore who greeted me with a smile and was so attentive. What a delight he is!!Keith came over to me to let me know that he was working on my vehicle and gave me the status. But I was also very impressed and observed with Tunde who sat down with each customer and explained to them in details of work done. She is very impressive with er professionalism and customer service skills. Another lade, don't know her name also came out to speak to me to speak to me about my car. She was also very kind and good.,

I was very impressed with the customer service when I purchased my Sante Fe Sport. My first service appointment for an oil change did not disappoint. The service team was just as committed to customer service as the sales team. I have never, in all my years of purchasing automobiles, experienced the level of customer service exhibited by Hyundai in St. Augustine.

Cheryl went out of her way to help me with a warranty item. I use my car for work and have to commute a long distance.
Though it is only a 2015 model, with my drive commute, I have 67K miles and Cheryl was able to
get the warranty to cover a module that was only covered up to 60K. Thank you Cheryl, this is my
3rd car to purchase from your dealership in the past 5 years, and I will be back to buy the 4th here as well.
