They do not disappoint
Took my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in for its initial oil change and multi-point inspection. Scheduled an appointment which was on time and everything from there proceeded as I was told and on time.

Well planned and scheduled.
All required service is performed in a timely manner. Extra service such as a car wash and interior vacuuming is included. If needed a loaner car is provided. The waiting area is very comfortable and well maintained.

Good service. I had a lot done to my car, which is fine she needed some TLC. Danny made sure to tell me what wasn’t really needed and what was needed to get done. He was great to work with. I am just a little disappointed that my car didn’t get cleaned and washed after being at the dealership for 2 days. I was looking forward to that because I feel like that’s what their service department is known for. Great service with a complimentary clean. So that was disappointing that I didn’t receive that.

You have my review on the previous page with the exception, for the first time in years that I've been coming to Hyundai St. Augustine, upon getting into my car, I found the driver seat dirty and the center console fabric dirty as well.
