Exceptional Experience at Fontana Hyundai
Caesar helped me with my car’s maintenance and greeted me with an amazing customer service. The aesthetic waiting area with complimentary snacks and entertainment made the waiting experience so enjoyable. Lastly, the car service maintenance lasted much quicker than expected and gave a complimentary car wash that made my car look like brand new again. Overall, I recommend Hyundai Fontana because of its amazing customer service and quality car service.

Weekend appointments, Clean, Friendly Reps
Got tired of my usual Hyundai dealer/service provider - appointment availability backed up, not having any loaner cars, when I did have a loaner for a month there were many issues with communication, etc. So I decided to venture out and find an alternative. So glad I did!

The Fontana Hyundai is brand new, so they had appointments readily available on a weekend. The customer service was great. The snacks were great. The coffee options better than my old dealership. And there are some restaurants nearby in case you want to get a bite to eat. The rep was very pleasant. Overall very nice experience.

Not sure about the loaner car service. At the time, they were using a rental car service because their cars hadn’t come in yet. But if they have a sufficient number available, and provide an “even swap” with the level/quality of car when giving someone a loaner for more than a week, they will be far superior to the other Hyundai dealer/service in the area.

Great, Fast and Friendly Service
This place is great. Came in for my oil change and tire rotation. It was not only fast, I hardly noticed the wait as I relaxed in their waiting area watching their TV and enjoying my complementary drink and snack.

Fontana Hyundai is an exceptional place for all of your service needs. Caesar and the rest of the service team provide amazing customer service and top-notch care for your vehicle. While you wait, there is unlimited water, sodas, and all kinds of snacks. And most importantly, I was never bothered by any of the extremely polite and professional sales staff. I couldn't recommend this location enough.

Friendly and helpful service
I have always felt treated very professionally when I have gone to Fontana Hyundai. All costs have been clearly explained, and the service itself is exceptional. On my last visit, I went out of necessity without an appointment, and was still immediately taken care of. The only confusion I had was regarding what seemed like a long time between seeing my car leave the garage and its actual return to me.

No courtesy car for multi-day repair makes otherwise great service mediocre
Car needed repair that was covered by warranty, but due to “low value” of the repair, warranty rep would not cover rental car cost. Dealer covered 1 day of rental. Fact that the dealer doesn’t provide courtesy car for these situations makes this a poor option for extended repairs.

Wish I never bought a Hyundai
Wish I knew when I was purchasing a Hyundai for my daughter everything I know now. I would have went elsewhere. This dealership needs so.e serious improvements. If it wasn't so close to my home, I would for sure go elsewhere for service and I still may have to because they did not fix the problem.

It looks like you brought the vehicle in for a check engine light and the issue was addressed based on the codes triggered by your vehicle and the state of the catalytic converter as well as the oxygen sensors not registering.  We will reach out off line to the number on file in order to discuss options and see if we can bring the vehicle in and have you drive with a technician so they can experience what it is you are describing.
