Thank you for taking the time to speak with Cesar and clarify the transmission fluid inspection request you had. Unfortunately if the vehicle is not exhibiting concerns we would not open it up, as the transmission is a sealed component with no dipstick. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our service advisor Cesar, will reach out to discuss looking at the issues you are now experiencing. It looks like you brought the vehicle in for a check engine light and the issue was addressed based on the codes triggered by your vehicle and the state of the catalytic converter as well as the oxygen sensors not registering. We will reach out off line to the number on file in order to discuss options and see if we can bring the vehicle in and have you drive with a technician so they can experience what it is you are describing. We want to make sure we address all concerns and rectify to the best of our abilities. We look forward to the opportunity to examine your concerns further.
