Cole holds all the skills of a Manager. Every interaction I have had with Cole on Services have been explained clearly and future recommendations laid out in priority with accurate quotes. I had an LOF, tire rotation and a repair done on my running board. I was told that it would take about an hour but to my pleasant surprise it only took 40 minutes. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction.

Mike White employees are great, very professional, a salesman came to help as they were very busy that day and made sure I was only in my car for a few minutes. The timing was as they said and they called before replacing filters.
