2012 Sonata service
I appreciate the time my service advisor took to discuss the brake service that was done on my Sonata. He also mentioned what needed to be done on the rear brakes since I only had the front brakes serviced.

Freedom Hyundai makes the process of scheduling service quick and easy. I schedule my service using the website and drop my car off the night before. They call me the next morning when it is ready for pickup. Convenient & Quick. Thank you.

Stormy Weather
The service was fine. The personnel at the dealer are always courteous and professional. My only complaint is that they parked my vehicle in the lot and left the driver's side window open. Naturally we has a torrential thunderstorm and the interior was soaked. I work for a truck repair facility and it is our policy to always close windows and lock the trucks when that are in our custody on our property. That might be a good policy for Freedom Hyundai to adopt.

This was a first for him.
It is our policy to have all windows closed when parked on our lot.

I keep going back and will consider no other because this dealership is so focused on customer satisfaction. We talk about my needs and they respond with exceptional detail. Way other service providers are not able to adopt this formula is bazaar! Freedom does at a price that I consider to be value.
