The ONLY reason I would hesitate going back is because there's a auto repair center closer to me that I've used for years. Otherwise, the service and personnel were terrific and eager to help.

Steve cut through the chase and gave me the ok to bring the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for service a day earlier than scheduled and Donnell was able to work his magic to have the vehicle ready a day before promised, completing the safety recall issue as well as other necessary work identified during the inspection. We could not be more pleased

Service personnel are competent, caring and flexible.
Steve and Donnell efforts went beyond the pale. They should be rewarded and recognized for this. Steve gave go ahead to put car in a day before it was initially scheduled and Donnelll worked magic such that the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe was ready a day before it was due. So, overall is a 10 and 5 stars. ( I do not know why it shows my rating is 2 stars. It is not. And, the program did this the last time. Hyundai corporate IT needs to address this — why it is showing a rating of 2 stars when it should be 5!

Mike, the service manager is consistent in customer satisfaction and finding a way to ensure every customer comes back. if you express a concern he goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is better and acknowledges what made you unhappy. I was so angry with the service I received, he took responsibility and went out of his way to make sure that was rectified.

Until we are permitted to safely reopen our coffee and other amenities, they will unfortunately have to remain locked up. We are looking into other devices that would require little to no contact for amenities service.

had the several issues with my Hyundai sonata 2017 model and my car did not complete 4 years and 40000miles.
Most frustrating issue was with the trunk. I was having trouble with trunk lock and wrote to dealer, somehow dealer missed my message after sometime trunk completely locked out. I again contacted dealer for repair, this time dealer was kind enough to schedule an emergency appointment but couldn't fix the problem due to unavailability of the replacement part. Dealer ordered that part from Hyundai which took around 15 days to get that that part (I don't know which shipment service they use). However, this time dealer was in touch with me and took proper care of the issue and replaced the part after it arrived.
I am frustrated with Hyundai car, they just want to sell their car to be sold but they don't care for the customer if they have any issue in future with their car. I am planning to buy a new car for my wife but that will definitely not be Hyundai for sure.
