Go Somewhere Else!
Don’t even waste your time here . They have you waiting even if you have an appointment. Service Manager had to help me because everyone seem not to care if I was there . I stood waiting to speak to a advisor and nothing .

I called Lakeland Hyundai and i did not have an appointment I told them the check engine light came on and it could be one of a hundred and the person in charge told me to bring it in right away
I have had my car for 4 years now. And always got my services for it at Lakeland Hundsi. They are friendly, honest, and communicate with you about the status of the vehicle. They do not try to push or convince you for extra services while you are there.
Fast friendly service and on time for my appointment
Had to take my car in for factory Recall they kept me informed when my appointment was set up, was able to do the service because they had the parts in stock
The service department is the best. They came to me and took my car, brought it to the service station the tech worked on it and when it came back it was fixed, clean and workinng!
Got new tires
Tech stripped wheel stud & didn`t repair during service
Noticed incident after returning home
Called Dalton and he assured me they would correct the issue

Good facility
Just had a bad experience on my last visit
It was a technician issue
The staff is Great
They offered the fix the problem after the fact
But that means another appointment and more of my time spent at the dealer for a mistake that should have been corrected during the original service
