Good place, not good price quoting system
The staff and the work they do is top notch. The price quoting system gives you a partial price and then slams you with a higher amount upon pick up.

Poor service, overpriced.
I had my rear backup sensors serviced a few months ago and after spending over $300 and being without my car for a day the sensors still did not work correctly. The rep told me they could bring the car back in but I may end up having to pay more depending on what they find. I declined to throw good money after bad and this left me with a bad taste in my mouth. My drivers window then quit working so I brought the car back in to give you another chance. I was charged for 1.0 hour labor (over $100) to diagnose the problem and was told it would be over $900 additional dollars to replace the motor and regulator. This seemed to be a rather ridiculous amount of money so I opted to go get a second opinion. I took my car to a independent garage and the mechanic diagnosed the issue with me watching him in under 15 min. He then looked up the part and showed me the list price of $299. He fixed my window and the total cost was $399. You would have charged me a over $1,000 total. My mechanic diagnosed AND repaired my window and charged me for 1.0 labor. Your mechanic charged me for 1.0 labor to just diagnose. I having trouble understanding how a small garage can do the same job for $600 cheaper than you?
I left my new mechanic feeling taken care off where as I left Hollar Hyundia feeling taken advantage of. I will no be back to your shop and I will not be purchasing another Hyundai.

Thank you for your response. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and I'm very disappointed that we seemed to have fallen short of your expectation. We would have loved the opportunity to correct any discrepancies that you may have had. With that being said, we also understand that sometimes outside shops utilize non-OEM parts while we use genuine Hyundai Parts and that may have result in a price difference.
