Ty Ostreicher was not at fault for this situation...he was on vacation! If he had been here...this would have never happened! He is a diligent service person dots the I's and crosses the T's. In the future I will always request him as my service advisor...He is a gift to Holler Hyundai! So treat him well!

Need more people to wash cars after service. One tire pressure was 3 points lower than the other tires. Didn't check their work. Came back 2 weeks later

Too long
I was on time for my appointment (oil change) and 45 minutes later I was told I needed a front end alignment and cabin filter. Another 75 minutes. Too long.

Came into get something fixed which got fixed but left with something else broken.
First of all I must say everyone was extremely nice and very professional. I brought my car for a door lock and unlocking issue which was repaired and I very much appreciate that. What I realized the next day was that I was now unable to open my passenger door from the outside. Before I brought the car in I had no such problem. I called back to let them know and was told I have to wait two weeks before I could my car back in which is really not acceptable as it was the dealer who caused the problem.
