I'm not happy with service
like a car I like it, but service is not good. Waiting too long for a parts, front call you for ippoytment but service said who called you we dont have part, like that 4 times and olmost one year I have wait for part. Then part came idont know, I call them asking wath is going on they said you had part I don't know how they don't call you. Someone play with me all that time. Sorry guys what I have to say this but this service is so bad for me. Thank you.

Terrible Service
Just bought a brand new palisade in June 2021. The all wheel drive light came on within the first 5,000 miles. Dealer told me can’t service it at this time because they have other problems to service.

Never had any issues with Suburban hyundai in service department for any maintenance nd work done . Maybe communication was little off & i felt lost at one point but Chris is always the man to go to . Always working to be the best & I appreciate him & he's new partner Eric for making things work at end day . & taking care of my 2015 Jenny.

Communication is the key.
After driver hitting pothole during delivery. I felt like I was on my own . From finding out . To getting repair update & trying find out for any other damage that might have been caused by incident. I had to call them instead them calling me. If I can't trust my local hyundai after running away from third party shops who do I trust ? I pay the extra amount for services for reason.

Honor appointment times and don't upsell
I did not appreciate having a morning appointment (made several weeks prior) and being told that I would have to wait two hours for an oil change. I did not appreciate being told that I could pay for additional oil changes or better oil or whatever. Just change the oil and let me drive away. The car is a lease...I am not opting for higher priced services. I also did not like being told that it would cost me $185 to have a service person look at an issue I was having with the Blue Link...

Disappointing
My experience with the initial car sales person (Mike Preece) was great. However, I cannot say the same with the car service personnel. While I have to admit, I am at fault for bringing arriving late to the service appointment, I did verify if they are willing to take my car in for service. One of the car service men told me that 'there was no problem' and that they will be able to. However the other gentleman at the service center was highly arrogant. I believe he is overworked as I had to listen to his grievances regarding having to work '70 to 80 hours a week' at the service center and that 'he will try his best with my car, but can't guarantee' as I was late and that he needs to 'go to my family . As a paying customer, I do not think this is acceptable behavior or language. If my car cannot be dealt with appropriately because of the time limitation, I could have been told that initially and I would have re-scheduled. Regardless, the language and the behavior of that gentleman was unprofessional.

Mediocre
They damaged my car during a past warranty repair service (which they fixed) and I was given 2 free oil changes and a free car detailing as compensation, but this information was never recorded and when I brought my car back they said there was nothing listed on my account to prove I was given these free services and I would have to talk to the service director to find out what to do.

Quality of service needs an improvement
I am still chasing to get my vehicle inspected for strange humming noise inside the car. It’s been an year and I’m troubleshooting engine issues and have less confidence that it can be solved. Be careful to check the odometer entry after the service is completed. It’s often wrongly updated.

It was a simple oil and filter change. Nothing to brag about. I would highly recommend the salesman Ben Sliwinskli from whom I purchased three vehicles in the last 4 years. None of the three have had any issues and are running well. Jury is still out how well they hold up when they reach the end of the warranty,

My service consultant Eric was very helpful and did everything he could to supply me with the information that I requested about my vehicle. The technician Jillian was very nice and performed the service in a timely manor. My only request is that they do a better job of washing the vehicle. The motor oil additive and fuel treatment offered were incredibly overpriced. Additionally, I was presented with three different service intervals:

1) the interval listed in the owner's manual
2) half of the interval listed in the manual because Hyundai apparently considers Michigan a "severe weather" state, which for some reason yields a recommendation of more frequent maintenance
3) a third, random interval that was listed on the window sticker

I'm not really sure why the weather would lead to an increase in maintenance frequency, and the interval on the window sticker is a mystery.
