Service was absolutely awesome !!!
Everyone I spoke to in the service department was so professional, nice and helpful especially the main person I dealt with John Grosso !He did everything for me...My engine blew do to a recall on my 2012 Sonata and he walked me threw the entire process from having my car towed to getting me a rental car to fixing my car and then returning it and even did inspection all in a week !!! Thanks much John ! Awesome service !!! ?

not happy
made an appointment for a service that was supposed to take an hour, the original services were never completed, but they did handle my recalls and keep my vehicle for days to do other work (unexpectedly). waited 5 hours before being told it needed to stay and they would give me a rental. picked up my vehicle and as noted before the original service appointment issues were not addressed or fixed.

No Worry Maintenance Plan (NWMP)
I purchased the NWMP earlier in the year and only received a faction of the services for which I prepaid. My tires were not filled with nitro as promised, the vehicle was not washed and I did not get a computerized printout of factory systems. In addition, I reported that three blinker lights blew in the last 6 months; the passenger blinker was out on August 25. I asked that the circuit be checked to see if there was a problem. The technician simply replaced the bulb and charged me for it. The car is only two years old. I suspect the bulb will blow again soon. As usual, I did not feel like a valued Genesis owner (and four time Hyundai owner) after the service appointment.

Save your time and money
I'm only giving two stars because all the work done to my car was actually covered under warranty. Other than that I wouldn't give any stars at all. Might I add part of my warranty promises me a rental car while mine is in the shop, this is the second time I was denied or not offered a rental (this time it was not a big deal since I can take the train to work). I've had issues with this dealership in the past and cringe every time I have to deal with them. The mechanic never called when he said he would and was very difficult to get in contact with. I eventually got in touch with him and he said my car would be ready in the morning and to call in the AM to confirm the time. I wasn't able to get through. When I decided to show up, he was busy chatting up some woman and barely gave me the time of day. I told him I left voicemails and only then did he say email is the best way to contact him. Made me wait half an hour for my car to be ready, I was mad because at this point it was 2pm. It wasn't like I showed up at 10am - he said it would be ready in the morning. It was "customer appreciation day" which meant a BBQ and other activities so obviously no one there was concerned with the work they had to do that day. You're also getting two stars because you at least fed me while I had to wait.
