Incredible
I went in to replace my rear passenger tire that had been punctured and dropping under 25psi constantly. I made the mistake of saying it was my rear driver (guess I was still half asleep) tire, but the gentleman took the time to swap the tire and put in my old one and the new one and got rid of the punctured one.

It’s unfortunate the service did not meet your expectations.  As for the repair recommendation, I am sorry that you felt that way.   I investigated and found that all he did was identified the necessary repairs and recommended it so you can keep your vehicle in best condition.  That is his job as the service the advisor.
   But regardless, if you felt pressured, or somehow it was unpleasant, it is our fault.

Had appointment and spoke to rep right away. Young man who met me in driveway greeted me and took me inside right away. He set the pace. The rep inside was also cordial and explained what service was needed for my 2013 Sonata. Customer waiting area is clean and nice. Coffee and Danish pastry was available. Also, around ten fresh popcorn was made. Cashier was friendly.
