friendly staff
Typically I have a superior experience with the service department. There were hiccups this time. I was having my Sonata serviced with a recall. Repairs were made and I paid and picked-up my car. I traveled only a short distance and the check engine light came on. Back to the shop! I am not sure why or how this occurred? It was a day and half before the part was sent and replaced. The service department was ,however, very accommodating and had a rental car ready for me.

Mr. Newcomer,

  I apologize sir, we should have communicated this better. I have trained my personnel to always check and see if tires have a lower tread in front then in the rear then rotate them. If there is no advantage to the customer, explain that to them and if they still want them rotated, do so.

Needs improvement
Update and improve customer waiting area. Greet customer and show them where they can wait and where they can check out. Give an estimate of how long they will wait. Provide some bottled water and small snacks. Send text message when car is done not 30 minutes later.
