Manager Joe King conflict/resolution skills very adequate regarding customer satisfaction replacement need of keyless entry replacement system. Customer Service Assistant Justin very helpful in resolving issue at hand as well. Very professional staff. Have been a customer for seven years. Best attendant customer service I've had at any dealership in St. Augustine, FL.
