The service manager attempted to reach you at 256-435-2872 the same day , did not get an answer and then got voicemail to let you guys know that we would honor the tires for life program. If that number is incorrect then please feel free to contact us today before 12 or Monday and we can discuss this matter further. I apologize we did not achieve our goal of 5 stars. Please consider rescoring this request as this grades the Service Advisors performance only.
I am sorry to hear that you rated the Service Advisor that assissted you on your service visit 2 Stars. I will work with my staff to help them relay the information to customers about tires for life in a gentler fashion. However the program guidelines only help the customer take quality care of their vehicle, using the recommended maintenance that only Hyundai recommends to satisfactorily service your vehicle.
