AC issue
I'm glad my AC hose was fixed but I'm a little disappointed. I brought my car in twice about this problem and it wasn't fixed. I was told there was nothing wrong. My AC wasn't getting cold even on days when it was 90 degrees and up.on trips that were less than 30 miles. I'm glad is finally fixed but it shouldn't have taken a year of me saying something is wrong. People sitting in my backseat and passenger side are hot and uncomfortable.
They need to listen to the customer and follow up.

Be prepared to wait hours for service.
2 appointments, hours of wait time. Next time I want a loaner car. No other dealership has ever made me wait like this. And this was on a new car with 1600 miles on it.

A whole mess of issues
My engine gave out on 16 due to a recall I was unaware of in late September. Got my car to the dealership, 7 months later the engine had finally been replaced only to find that there are now also a slew of other problems with the car. My car was fully serviced 2 months prior to the engine incident, and now my ABS is out and my battery is dead. Both of these were non existent issues prior to my car sitting on the lot at Hyundai for 7 months. Now I’m out another 3k in repairs for stuff that has happened either due to the engine issue or while in Hyundai’s care. They pretty much said I pay up for the repairs or have it towed elsewhere.

Never AGAIN
My car was there for 4 months. During this time I was not communicated with at all. I did reach out to the service manager several times about this communication issues. I took the initiative to call and leave voicemails and I would say 50% of the time I got a phone call back. I had to let them know when the loaner car‘s registration was expiring and then I also need an oil change. I never once was given a correct timeframe or even an update with my car unless I called for it. I was in a loaner vehicle for several months that they sold while I was driving it and try to exchange it for a much smaller vehicle knowing I had a family And we literally would not fit in a vehicle. After my car was there for several months they tried to force me into buying a battery when I told him I recently replaced the battery they told me that I could buy a battery or I could come there and they would jumpstart my car so I could take it somewhere else to purchase a battery. The service advisor also told me that I had purchased that battery at AutoZone in July 2019. I called AutoZone to check for myself and they had no record of me purchasing the battery there, neither advanced auto parts or O’Reillys which are all the shops local to me . When I asked how he knew where I bought the battery and what my warranty was I never got an answer. When I asked to speak with a manager they called to tell me my battery was OK after being put on a trickle charge all day. The service manager did replace it after I lost my patience with the situation. I also sent an email to the general manager and never even received a response. I had to leave work at least twice to go up there 45minutes from where I live so that I was able to get some type of answer or solution. Hyundai should be ashamed. The lost wages, gas, undue stress, and monumental inconvenience was so unprofessional and unfair.

Cabin air filter change/replacement
After replacing the above, the bad air smell is still coming out so seems like the tech did not change/replace the filter and as such I rated poor for the review. The service manager/tech has reached me and assured to correct the issue. So, once the the promised NO-Charge cabin ozone treatment service is completed, I will be more satisfied. Thanks

 Once again our apologies that you needed tires due to your alignment being out.  If we could have warrantied them for you, we would have. But with over 30,000 miles on them,  the tire manufacturers require annual alignment inspections just for this reason. Congratulations on the new 2017 Sonata you purchased from us.

Quick resolution to a previous service issue.
I posted a response to a previuos service call regarding my Genesis. I reached out to the dealership to the service department & spoke with Roger. We discussed my issue & let me know I would hear back from him by the following Monday. Roger let me know that I had nothing to worry about as the dealership would correct the issue. I'm grateful it was resolved in a expeditious manner. Roger has always been spot on & as I explained to him this is the 1st issue I've experienced with prior successful service request. I wanted to give a follow-up review simply because they made it right quickly. Special thanks to Roger & the Management team of Hyundai.
