Safety recall
I feel like I matter and that I am appreciated as a Customer.
Something that would be nice to do while I am there is to have a computer set up that would take me thru what it would take to upgrade to a new vehicle, what upgrades there are to the new vehicles, what deals are going on at that time, and how to get a close quote to what my vehicle is worth.

Always friendly and caring. Voss Hyundai service is great but sometimes too pricey. AKA $600.00 to replace our radiator. You can get the part anywhere for $45.00 and it takes about an hour to install! So I fixed it myself.

Multipoint Inspection
Had a $59.95 special for coolant replacement and multipoint inspection. Did not receive a completed multipoint inpection form. I called back and spoke with the service manager. He said the service technician entered the results in the computer. It was a bit inconvenient to call back to find out the exact condition of my brake pads. When a multipoint inspection is performed, the form needs to be completed and provided to the customer.
