Nice staff, friendly, convenient shuttle service for customers. Chick Fil A biscuits in the morning for customers in the break room while you are waiting on your car or a diagnosis or the shuttle service. The two locations could do a better job of communicating between each other. Shuttle is pretty prompt and friendly.

Inhibitor switch does not effect engine performance. A GDI service and a full tank of premium fuel will directly impact your gas mileage in a positive manner. Please ask for me at your next visit and we can discuss. We look forward to seeing you. I can also look into your fuel economy concern.

Give me reason to stay!
I want to keep coming to Tameron Hyundai for my service but I am being torn because my former business that did all my service typically is half the cost. Please explain why I should continue to come and pay $40 for a oil change and pay $20 elsewhere and still get my fluids, tire pressure, and overall vehicle inspected to ensure everything is in good repair. You provide good customer service and want to encourage you to win me with excellent customer service.

It is all about relationships to me. I can still walk in the other business and feel like I am part of the family. It is a national brand, but I actually had the service manager offer his vehicle for me to drive because the repairs would take longer than expected. That is unheard of in our world today, yet he went above and beyond to ensure his customer was taken care of and the cost was exactly what he quoted before loaning me his car. That's Excellent Customer Service!

Not a happy customer right now..
The service before this one, I had over $300 of services (replacing filters and such) done because they made it seem like I REALLY needed to have them done even though my car is only 1 year old. So I did it anyway. I dropped my car off to get serviced again a week ago and when they called me, they tried to sell me the same service as before. The expensive useless service I had JUST gotten the time before. Needless to say I was mad. Check my car and see what I need. Do not go by mileage and just offer me whatever service mileage I’m close to. If I had somewhere else to go I would stop coming too Tameron. Never had an issue until now but trying to sell me stuff I clearly don’t need is a HUGE no-no in my book.
