Expectations exceeded
Took my recent purchase (Hyundai Elantra) in to service and was glad to find out that I didn’t need as much done as I thought. Ordered a maintenance package based on mileage and it was unnecessary although could’ve happened without any second thoughts on my part. Staff was proactive and transparent.

I was also satisfied with a free oil change due after purchase, a benefit that was unknown and wouldn’t have been considered unless offered.

Very good experience.

Unsafe vehicle
My vehicle had been nothing but issues since taking it off the lot. Stay away from Hyundai’s as a whole.

Hartford Lia always striving for improvement. Some key areas would be nice to take note. Upon completion of car services it would be nice to be taken to your car or have designed area where your completed service car can be picked up. It is important for the correct information be relayed, about why your coming in for services. The maintenance advisor was very pleasant and informative.
