the simple services took three days to complete. i dropped my car off on tuesday, and could not pick it up until saturday. i expected my car to be the first car worked on wednesday morning, since i dropped it off on tuesday.

Would recommend knowing exactly what you want before going. If you do not there's a good you will be a victim of an upsale for services you don't actually need. Recently I went for a standard 30k service. I asked for the factory recommended service, listed in the owners manual if you need to find it. The tech then pointed to a package and said, "that's what this package is." No, it wasn't. The package was what the dealer recommended. After declining the unnecessary services I got the work done only to find they charged me for little things I didn't ask for ( like windshield washer fluid) and they didn't do things I specifically asked for (making sure the tire pressure was correct.) You at least need to get the little things right if you expect me to listen to all your up-selling. The service is disappointing.

Do not take your car here
On July 23rd I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and a tire rotation as well as check to see why I had a tire leaking air. While I was waiting they told me that my car needed an alignment, so I told them to do it. When I got the vehicle back I walked out and immediately noticed that my tires had not been rotated, then I got in and my low tire light was still on. Autonation did not rotate my tires nor did they check to see why my tire was low. So I walked back in after waiting for 3 hrs just to wait longer while they checked on these two things. I was then told that they couldn't find anything in my tire so they topped it off with air, and the reason they didn't rotate my tires is because the tread was too low. Neither of these two things were explained until after I noticed that they had not done the service. Later that day my car made a noise and stopped running which left me stranded. Autonation towed the car back to the dealership and told me it needed a new motor. They didn't hassle me about a new motor because they knew they had performed a improper oil change. They had told me that due to my inconvenience they would have the car cleaned and detailed. Today, two months later, I finally get my car back only to find that my front bumper has been reinstalled incorrectly. Apparently the front bumper comes off during an engine swap. The fog light valence is barely hanging on to the bumper cover, they did not detail the car like they promised but rather they left the interior dirtier than when I dropped it off, including grease on the arm rest and the plastic floor mats wadded up and thrown in the back seat. I had them correct the bumper, which they did a terrible job of (still looks like my fog light valence could fall off) however I didn't have time to wait on it to be cleaned. I drove off in the car excited to finally be done with Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia, only to realize that the car either didn't get an alignment on July 23rd or they knocked it out of alignment during the engine install. I called 3 hours ago to see when they can take care of the alignment and have still yet to hear back from them. At this point I really want these things taken care of but am scared to take my vehicle back to Autonation. I may end up paying to have these issues fixed just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Thank you for your response, I understand your frustration with the results of your repair. The findings of you cutting and trying to repair your own head lights is what lead to them no being covered. If you would have brought the car in without trying to repair them, this would not be an issue. You replaced the whole inside wiring harness with a after market wire and plug with home electrical wire nuts. Hyundai unfortunately will not accept that and pay for that. We are always here to help in the best way we can. Unfortunately in your case there was nothing we could do. If you would like to discuss further please call men.

My next car will be another Hyundai but l will explore other options for service. I would recommend a purchase at this dealership but warn them of getting service done there.

Original issue was not fixed during first visit. No paperwork was given as to what was performed during visit. Communication was lacking in multiple aspects. Very disappointed with the sevice but I would still highly recommend the Hyundai brand.

Disappointing
Brought my 2012 Genesis in for problems with the engine revving for no reason and for lights turning on and off randomly. Was told they "couldn't find the problem" on either issue and that was it - not reasonable fixes - no offer at all to try and figure out the problem.

I find that very hard to believe this total disregard of, but I'll be looking for a new car elsewhere.................

Mike was Awesome but...
The customer service was great, however, I feel it would’ve been 5 Star service if fluids were topped off and air was added to the tire. As a customer, I would’ve liked to see a little more care given to the car ensuring it had at least the basics covered. I was disappointed that I had to add air to my tire the next day.

Service Manager needs to be polite!
Service Manager never greeted customers, interrupted conversation between my son + me + our service guy (Mike) as we were checking out and paying - So rude and disrespectful- acting like we were nothing and needed to leave to allow next customer in. Shameful!!!! Learn to treat customers like you want them to return and you value their business! I have had 7 Hyundai’s too! Why go back to this dealer?!?!?!
