Lack confidence in service department
Had car serviced, was told no additional services were needed. Two days later, battery died. Took the car in to have the battery replaced, was then told needed front brakes. Do not understand how front brakes were needed two days after being told no extra services were needed.

I did nopt feel the dealership was adhering to COVID CDC guideline
Very disappointing that when I was greeted at the service bay, none of the staff was wearing a face mask, even though I was. When Inside, waiting to get the car serviced, in addition to not wearing a mask, no one was keeping a safe distance (6 feet) from one another. To minimise the risk, after a while I felt I had to move to the outdoor to avoid from catching Covid
