Memorable experience getting my Sonata serviced. Javier was extremely helpful, efficient, and made my service experience an easy one. He also made sure to alert me to the next round of scheduled maintenance and what that would involve from a time and cost perspective. Appreciated being informed of what to prepare for.

Awesome Service
The service was prompt and professional went in for a oil change and found out I had two recalls. The rep was nice to let me know about them and was taken care of. I always come to this location when I live way closer to the Commerce location (which has horrible customer service). Never had a bad experience at this location always nice professional workers and always leave satisfied.

Great Dealership
I took my car in for it's semi-annual automate, I also had a few recalls and my car was making a clicking noise when I would turn the wheel. Raymond took care to note everything I was in there for and worked his hardest to get me out as quick as possible. The service tech took the car for a test drive after doing the repairs and he didn't like the noise it was still making, so he brought it back and made some other adjustments/replacements to it. Most dealerships would have stopped at what they "thought" was the solution and left it at that, but not these service techs. I feel he went the extra step to make sure I didn't have to bring it back for any additional repairs for the same issue. Although it was a very long day, and yes they offered to drop me somewhere, their lounge is a nice relaxing area so it didn't bother me to stay and wait.
Nice friendly staff makes me keep coming back. Thank you for all your hard work and great customer service.
