Not enough Technicians and service advisors. Estimating time of service needs to be better.
Communicating with client on status is very important. Specially if not going to be ready as promised.

Great place to have your car serviced!
I was able to come in enjoy some coffee in the waiting area and have my car serviced in a timely manner. Technician came and talked to me personally to let me know the extra things he did for my car that he didn't have to do!!

My service rep was awesome!!
My service advisor took time to talk and play with my four year old son! The time spent waiting was watching cartoons and having a hotdog. The service was quick and I didn't have an appointment! My normal maintenance and recall were taken care of super quick! Thank you for getting this mom back on the road in no time!
