Customer service is incredibly friendly and nice. They will help with any problems you need solved and any questions you need answered. They are also quick with getting what you need done and are always prompt when it comes to appointment times. I will never go anywhere else.

I recently took my Santa Fe Sport to Torrington Hyundai for its' 15,000 mile check-up. Schedule the service was a breeze. When I got there I checked in and was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours.The service manager went over what was to be done and gave me the cost. The waiting room was clean and quiet with plenty of seating. Sure, hot decaf coffee would have been nice but that's just my preference! I was called an hour after arriving and my car was completed. The service was was done to my liking. The service manager reviewed what was done - again very courteous. Nice experience.

Great service like always. I love that I was taken into the back with all the cars being worked on to show me exactly what my air filter looked like, and exactly what my brakes looked like. It helped me understand exactly what my after visit summary meant.

Friendly employees. Great service
I bought my black Veloster in 2016. Named it my barmobile. When I call to make service appointments I tell Steve it is bat woman. He hums the Batman song. The service is great. Have them do everything from oil changes to new tires.

TRUST...EXpertise...and the patient education they provide me
There is no greater value you can give a service provider than the absolute trust I have in this service center. I would not bring my car to anyone else. They not only provide excellent and courteous service but they patiently explain what's going on with my car and help me plan for future service dates but they also give me options as to how to maximize service times within my budget.
I have learned more about my car and it's care in the short time I have owned my Hyundai than in all the years with all
the cars I have owned previously...and I'm no youngster!!!

Service was above and beyond!
i’m sorry to say that I can’t remember the service Rep’s name (dark hair) that advised me that I have a small leak from my muffler and he knows that I’m out of warranty but he wanted to check on something else because sometimes the emissions will allow for a warranty to cover this type of service and sure enough after checking I was told that my muffler will be under warranty and no cost to me !! He went above and beyond to take the extra time to look into this for me while I was there and I so appreciate it !!
