Slowest Oil Change Ever
We had our 2020 Palisade in for it’s first oil change, and it took over 2 hours!! After an hour and forty minutes the service advisor came out and said “oh the oil change was done 40 minutes ago, we are just waiting to have your car washed” When the car finally came back it was just wet, not washed, and it was another almost 20 minutes on top the one hour and forty minutes we already had spent there. Love my car, but will more than likely be getting our car serviced elsewhere.

everyone is pleasant
I think 2 hours is a bit excessive amount of time for an oil change and car wash, next time I will have someone pick up the car as sitting there 2 hours is more time than I can spare when I get an oil change

the first vehicle I purchased there was a winner, so I returned and scrapped the idea ofpurchasing a Subaru.......now, not sosure I made agood choice......the issues are still relavent.
I sent several of my co-worker to purchase from Freedom and they did....unlikely to happen in future.....

Nice people, just takes long.
The staff is nice, but it tends to take long for a standard oil, lube filter and tire rotation. I waited 2 hours and they didn't even rotate my tires. I'll continue to go due to warranty coverage but may pursue alternative options once that is done.

I love my car but their service dept. stinks. The people performing the work are sloppy and careless. I've gotten my oil changed already and later found oil dripping on my garage floor because they couldn't take the time to simply wipe up what drained onto the undercarriage of the care. Lazy!

I purchased my first Hyundai here. They got me in the vehicle i needed without the sales pressure. After purchasing second Hyundai elsewhere, I circled back around to Kelly Hyundai for convenience. And as with my first purchase there I got fast, professional service again. The experienced service department work behind the scene to ensure the up keep of your car.
