Great Job
I purchased my first Hyundai here. They got me in the vehicle i needed without the sales pressure. After purchasing second Hyundai elsewhere, I circled back around to Kelly Hyundai for convenience. And as with my first purchase there I got fast, professional service again. The experienced service department work behind the scene to ensure the up keep of your car. This is the go to place for sales and service. Great Job!

The service team did a great job explaining the repairs and completed them in a timely manner! They also quickly addressed and fixed all our concerns and the service manager was especially helpful and informative.

Motor Warranty
Dealership identified issue with the motor that was catastrophic. Hyundai has an extended warranty on the motor and the entire repair / replacement was covered by Hyundai!! I was informed that customer pay items such as new belts and hoses were optional but they were replaced without confirmation. The car Is not shifting right since the repair and we will have to take the car back to the dealer.

Poor experience, vehicle returned dirty
I am very dissatisfied with my most recent service at Freedom. I had requested an oil change and inspection. Both of which were done correctly however, the complimentary car wash that was given left my car looking worse than it did before with noticeable streaks left behind from the wash. The interior of my car was left with dirty fingerprints on my dashboard and on the window. Some sticky residue was also left behind in the window, presumably from the inspection sticker. On top of all of that, black grease was left on my door handle. If this is how serviced vehicles are now treated at Freedom, none of my vehicles will be returning to be serviced there.

Great job
My engine blew at 66,700 miles. The hyundai service department installed a new engine and hooked me up with a rental car. All done under warranty. Hopefully I never have to go through that again but I would strongly recommend Steve and his staff.

My most recent service appointment with Kelly Hyundai was exceptional.
Service personnel were professional, informative and very courteous. Facility was clean and waiting area was comfortable. My service technician, Steve, took the time to explain what would be completed on my vehicle and estimated my wait time which was fairly accurate. I was very please with the entire experience.
