It’s easy to schedule an appointment, you get in-and-out when you drop off, they schedule UBER for you to get to and from, they service your vehicle in a very timely manner, are professional every step of the way and are great communicators whether it’s to let you know of any potential issues with your vehicle or just to let you know your vehicle is ready. ?

Outstanding customer service
After some unexpected damage to my car while in for repairs, the service team took full responsibility and went above and beyond all expectations to make what went wrong right and definitely made up for any inconveniences that I incurred. Steve the service rep is the best around and will be my only go to person when it comes to servicing my Sonata!!

Lack of communication when vehicle is damaged
After brand and dealer loyalty, technicians damaged the car and failed to reassemble parts that were taken apart and after it was made aware to them, made no attempt to make things right other than fix what they damaged, like I inconvenienced them.

We do care about each and every one of our customers and I did have some conversation with the advisor and the technician that worked on your vehicle and they were both very apologetic.  As stated in our previous conversation we are more then happy to provide you with transportation while we take care of the issues we caused.
