We have owned new cars in the past. We typically use the dealer only for the first year and then our local mechanic after that The service hours , value and lyft ride home have us well into our second year of strictly dealer serve.

Great customer service and warranty
I had to have 4 recalls checked on my car which is a little concerning which is why I gave the 4 stars instead of 5. Everyone was very polite at the service center and although the work did take quite some time, it is understandable since they had to check for so many recalls. They replaced a part for my steering wheel for free since my car is still under warranty and did a free oil check and car wash which was unexpected and nice. They did say they checked a few things that checked out fine which I feel I've had minor problems with which made me wonder if they really did check them. I would have mentioned this to them but I had a crying baby in my husbands car that I needed to tend to and get home so I just didn't have the time to go over it all with them after finally getting my car back. There was a safety recall on seat belts and my drivers belt actually sometimes does not click/latch closed unless I hold the release button. So I thought it was odd they didn't notice that when checking that recall cause my husband has the hardest time getting my seatbelt to work whenever he drives my car (since he doesn't know the trick of holding the release button to get it to close). And then they claimed my brakes were fine which is odd since they've been squeaking lately and the last time I took my car in at a tire place to get my oil changed, they stressed to me that I need new brakes asap. However I don't have the funds to get them replaced and I know the tire place probably was out for a sale, but since they have been squeaking, I know that they are probably at least getting close to needing to be replaced so I thought that was weird that they told me they checked my brakes and they look good. I really did enjoy the service, however I just felt that maybe some of the things they said they checked weren't actually checked.

I had a 7:15 am appointment for an oil change. I did arrive early. I left the dealership at 8:25. This seems too long for an oil change based on the fact I did have an appointment at 7:15 am

I am sorry that you feel it took a little long for the oil change service. We do make sure and perform a full multi point inspection and also wash and vacuum your vehicle ( I do hope we gave it back to you clean) Normally  it will take 1 hour to 1 hr and 15 min to perform service. I was able to bring my oil and filter of choice, the Hyundai dealership I purchased this car told me that was against corporation rules (among other things). I appreciate honesty! I will not return to that dealership.

The overall service is good but there would be times I'd be waiting for hours for an oil change. I drive 40 minutes away just to get service here because I thought since I bought the car from here they'd take care of me. They do, sometimes.

I took my car in in October of last year. My spark plugs were replaced. My car started startling and engine light came on. I took the car in on Monday. The cause of the engine light to be on was because the spark plugs were not tightened. They all had to be replaced and cleaned up the whole area where oil leaked. The person at the service desk tells me that I needed to replace my spark plugs. I told him if he was kidding me, because I had already replaced them. He had to check on that and call me back. How can you not know what was done to the car. There should be a history. I have never taken a car to the dealership. I always went somewhere else, because everything is more expensive at the dealership. I wanted to take this car to the dealership because of recalls on newer cars and wanted everything being serviced at one place.

I am not happy that I trusted this company to take care of my car and take care of me. Being a woman driver and in a 3 year old car is not comforting. It did not tell me my brake lights needed replacement either. I don't look at the back of my car to see if my lights are working. Someone had to tell me my break lights were out.

I had a 14 year old car that didn't need as much service as this car needs. This is my first ever Hyundai car, I had a car accident and had to get a car, since the other one was too old to repair. This car was comparable to that one, and I bought it.

I hope, I don't have any issues after this last time.
