Horrible experience
It took 2.5 months for my car to be fixed. Communication was terrible, both in the service department as well as through the corporate office. I called and left messages to see what was going on with my vehicle. My phones calls were not returned. I spent hours on hold trying to track down who could help expedite my case. After a month and a half, a case manager, Julie from Hyundai corporate, finally contacted me. She was condescending, rude, and dismissive. I was extremely put off by her attitude and turned off by the company as a whole.

Great Service!
I really like this location and the service I receive whenever I visit. However I have given an "Unlikely to revisit" since this site will soon close and my only Tony option will be to drive to Waipio.

They say they new option is to go to JN Hyundai but we'll have to see how god their service is in the future.

Very sad to see this location close!

Very disappointed!
Promised completion in 2.5 hours, actual completion 4 hours. I told them I had an appointment at noon, vehicle completed at 12:30 and I missed my appt. Service manager noted the battery was checked and OK, battery died the next day. That's a lot going wrong for $500.

Customer experience top of the line
William and Llyod are truly an asset to the company.
It is refreshing to work with them. I have been in customer service for a long time. I needed a safety check and had lost my current year's registration and was told it would be $50 dollars. Lloyd was like no way it's that much. He was right. Then William told me that during the inspection I needed new wiper blades. I remember just saying ok put them on without any concern. Those are two examples of trusting a customer service person at a dealership.I remember thinking wow that's the definition of customer service when you can just trust. Thanks William and Llyod your truly an asset. See you next time.

They got my car right in, provided me with a shuttle to work diagnosed the problem quickly and the best customer service I've had at a dealer in Hawaii.
My customer service agent was excellent, very professional and courteous, he made sure I had a ride to work and kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle. I was so pleased because I usually go to the location in Waipio and have not had the excellent service that I received at the Honolulu location. When I picked my car up it was washed and vacuumed, I was most impressed! William is very good with customers and knows his job very well!
