Service was sooooooo good! The car was valet and looked better than when i bought it. My service person was helpful, patient, and pleasant. I wanted to tip him. Keep it up! I'm not easily impressed, but was that day.

problem redress
Just wanted to take the time to thank both the service manager and my salesman for extending a hand and trying to address my concerns regarding a recent problem with a tire repair. Both of these people reached out to me, and after serious discussion, I am satisfied that my concerns have been addressed and explained. I realize that most of the difficulty in scheduling a quick turnaround for a tire defect was related to staffing issues secondary to the Covid Pandemic and not due to the dealership. They did resolve my tire problem and I am now driving my G80 free of safety concerns. I appreciate the effort displayed by both the service manager, Wade K. and my salesperson, Andy Miller.
