We appreciate the 5 Star review- and feedback! While we try to keep appointment times as close to the time we can bring your vehicle into the shop, we cannot always predict the condition and needs of the vehicle that was n the shop prior to yours and that can have an effect on when yours goes in.

My appointment was at 8:00 customer service representative took my keys and gave me a quick run down on the procedure. I asked how long will it take
she said about an hour. I sat down in 30-45 minutes into the hour she was calling me to retrieve my keys and car. Fast Customer friendly Service✅

Thank you for completing our review! I do appreciate the feed back- Although we do have appointment check in spots for 730 am, our techs do not start until 8am. I have spoke to our service advisors and have asked them to make sure they are giving customers a better time estimate.
