Service is good but online scheduling sucks
Actual service performed is great. Scheduling a convenient time on future weekends for the service is impossible online. Phone calls are frequently unanswered. So only way is to make two trips, one for the scheduling and the other for the service.

Overall i think the whole franchise has dropped in the past year.
I got prompt service when I brought my car in. My car was ready in 30 minutes. However I waited 20 minutes for my bill to arrive.When i got in the car I noticed that they had not washed the car as they have done the past 4 years.

Friendliness
When called for appointment for oil change, service advisor said they were approx. 2 weeks out (??) but said that he would work me in.
Did a great job of "working me in" as service was completed in approx. 1 hour.
Ask for written estimate for brake pad change service. Service advisor went over the costs with me personally but failed to give me a written estimate. Good Friendly Service!
