Terrible sales experience!
I found the Sante Fe in the trim level and color I was looking for on the lot in Valdese. After some haggling back and forth over the price we agreed and submitted a credit app. The application was approved and we arranged a time the following day to come sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Upon arriving at the dealership we were told the car was still in the detail shop and would be out soon. When they pulled
It around for delivery the car looked awful! There were water spots all over the matte finish. When I mentioned this to the sales manager he said he would send it back to the clean up shop and have them fix it. Prior to this I saw one of the salesmen "scrubbing " the stains with a towel and window cleaner, which I have read is a big no-no for matte paint. The car was taken across the road to the clean up shop. After 30 minutes or so I walked over to check on the progress. The guy working on it told me it would take quite a while to try and remove them all. I informed the salesman I wasn't interested in purchasing a new car that looked as bad as this one does and if they could fix it without destroying the matte finish I would still be interested. 5 days later I received a message from the salesperson that it was fixed. I asked when we could come back to look at it and he told me never mind, the sales manager had backed out of the deal since they were going to be losing almost $4,000! I realize the sales quote wasn't signed but this is a pretty crappy way to run a dealership if you ask me!!

Bad dealership
THIS PLACE IS THE LAST PLACE I WOULD EVER GET A CAR FROM!!!!! They will have you think your getting the car sign paper work and tell you the deal never went thru!!!!! Caution never GO THERE!!!!!!!!! Good credit or bad credit trust me….

Best Car Service
Paramount Hyundai took a stressful situation and made my day much easier. I travel for work and was in desperate need to get my car serviced immediately. I was able to drop my car off an hour before it was scheduled so that I wouldn’t miss work, and picking my car up at the end of the day was made so easy. Everyone was so nice here. I hope that I will be in this area the next time that I need service done to my car.

Problem not resolved after twice there
I took my car here twice, a total of 8-9 days, and still have a brand new car that is doing stuff it shouldnt be and posing a risk for being in a accident. I feel as if my concerns where brush off because "its a new car nothings wrong with it". Its not normal for a car to have the engine turn on and off while going through intersections, its not normal for my RPMs to go up but yet my car NOT GO ANYWHERE. This is a HUGE hazard for me to be in an accident. Im terrible to drive this car, especially with my children in the car. This shouldn't be an issue for a 2021 brand new car I've had for less than 6 months.

Best combination: Honest, professional, no-pressure sales plus skilled mechanics
Honest, professional, no pressure sales. Taylar is the salesperson to give you as many facts as you need, is as transparent with the process as possible. The finance manager Michael sat through two hours of questions and maintained his pleasant and professional composure, and did not pretend to know all the answers, just telling me to find them. At the end of the process (a lease) I felt confident in my decision, reinforced by meeting Clay in the service department, who assured me that the head mechanic had been there 12 years (remarkable for a dealership) who took pride in the quality of their service.
