Was dealing with a Ford dealership. I had a X plan pin number that a friend set me up with to purchase a new Ford with. When I went to Homewood Ford and said I was an X- plan customer they didn't even Honor it. Even though on their window it says that they are X-plan provider. Homewood Ford only offered me $1,000 off of MSRP. Didn't even take the PIN number to show me what kind of deal I should be getting. I called Philips Hyundai to find if there was a specific vehicle on their lot. I talked with Dominic a sales rep there and he had two of the vehicles I was looking at. When all was said and done, I actually ended up receiving $4,000 off of MSRP. Dominic was very professional and I am yet to have my car service there. I am pretty sure that they're going to excel in their service department. Also. Can't wait to do further business with that. If you live in the area of Bourbonnais and are looking for a new vehicle.
