It sounds like your visit didn’t go as smoothly as a well-oiled machine, as I stated to you when you dropped off the vehicle,  we were booked solid that week and you did not make an appoinment thus you were not on our schedule but if you leave it with us we would squeeze you in which you agreed.. when the vehicle was ready we called you you came and picked up your car the vehicle was in desperate need of other work especially the safety issue regarding the vehicle's rear brakes that were not stoping the vehicle and non-functional but you told us that you were going to drive the vehicle back to Alabama and fix them there yourself and for that we had to have you sign the release letting you know how the vehicle was not safe on the road especially driving it a 1000 miles at highway speeds.. in the future, making appointments is always your best bet so your vehicle can be repaired and returned to you in a much faster time frame ..   Safe travels out there!
