Quick, informative, and I never walked in the building.
I used the dropbox to leave my car the night before my scheduled service. They kept me updated on its progress via text. I authorized the suggested repairs via text and paid my bill online. I picked my car up at my convenience thanks to a lock box and another text with the code.
I enjoy the in-person service too, but sometimes a busy schedule needs this kind of advanced technology to get it all done!
