Very complete knowledge of BMW's and convenient location for me.
Work was performed as promised at a fair price. Driver side floor mat had grease foot prints on it when I picked up.
Took a couple of cleanings to get that out. May want to place some paper floor mats down in the future.
Other than that, everything A OK.

Steven said he needed service on a recall problem and he lives an hour away from the business. He stated that when he first called, he was told that the job would take 30 minutes. He called the next day to schedule, he was told it would take 3 hours so he dropped off his vehicle the night before. He stated that when he called the next day, he was told it was just going to take an hour. So, he went to the business and when he got there, he still had to wait another full hour. He ended by saying that when he got his vehicle, he was happier because it was washed and vacuumed and the service was good.

I was pleased with the appointment process as well as the diagnostics on my Mercedes. Wait time was communicated to me accurately. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again. The drive from Leland was not as issue.

Dawn said the business was very honest and cooperative. They were able to find the issue, but they could not fix it because they do not do transmission work on Mercedes vehicles. However, since they could solve the problem, they did not charge her for the diagnostic.

oil change and inspection and check for rattle
Appointment was easy to make online. Service was good but did not particularly care for the $25.00 charge for a test drive that should've took less than 5 minutes to check for a rattle. Never heard of being charged for a test drive before especially if the car was being serviced/inspected at that garage.
