Okay but…
I had a good experience when I went for the first time. Having the ability of a loaner car helped me greatly. The problem however is when they found extra work that needed to be done when they did a complementary inspection. It was a $3,200 estimate. Absolutely shocking to me since my car is pretty well taken care of. I asked if there was any way I could do some of the repairs now and some later and they said not really. All of them are important and will cause other problems if I wait. I got a second opinion. I was told half of the work was unneeded. Wrench had wanted to work on both sides even though only one side was having a problem which they did not mention to me. Also told me I had a leak and the second opinion didn’t see anything in regards to that either. My second quote? $900. While I understand they wanted to keep both sides equal they should have told me that was their suggestion/procedure when they ex planned it to me, especially when I asked if anything could wait. Overall it made me a bit uneasy and I won’t be returning.
